    Cancellation Policy

    CANCELLATION POLICY

     

    Any change of date or content cannot be guaranteed and shall be applied subject to availability.

    Any request for cancellation or change must be received by e-mail at: privatetp@gmail.com

    If the Cancellation is up to 21 days, 100% refund of your deposit

    If the Cancellation is up to 10 days, 50% refund of your deposit

    If the Cancellation is less than 10 days prior to  the date of the tour,  no refund of your deposit.

    If the Cancellation is less than 4 days prior to the tour, you must pay the remaining balance.

    When we have to buy entrance tickets in advance and pay for it (Eiffel Tower, Versailles, Opera, Louvre, Moulin Rouge, etc) in case of cancellation ,,

    we deduce the amount paid for these tickets from the refund.

    Any interruption of the tour during its delivery, at the client’s wishes, shall not give rise to any refund

    REFUND

    If a cancellation requires a refund of the amount, total or partial, the refund will be made in the 2 weeks that follow the cancellation notice.

    Traffic conditions

    Because of traffic conditions, PTP can not be held responsible if  :

    • the tour has to be shortened

    • the clients miss a train, a flight, etc

    • all the sites mentioned in one tour can't be seen or visited

    Luggage and Personal Items

    Private Tours Paris and its partners cannot be held responsible for the loss or the theft of personal belongings and luggage and cannot guarantee the return of personal belongings and luggage left in the vehicles or anywhere else. 

    Required Documents

    It is the responsibility of the client to check that he is in possession of the necessary documents for his stay, especially with regards to the tours outside France such as Bruges... that the  passport has a visa if necessary or an updated identity card.

    No refunds shall be given in case of lack or loss of the necessary documents

    Pick-up and drop-off

    Extra charge for a pick up and/or a drop off outside Paris.

    Law

    These General Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute concerning their interpretation and/or execution is referred to the Court of Versailles.
