    Cancellation Policy

    Any change of date or content cannot be guaranteed and shall be applied subject to availability.

    Any request for cancellation or change must be received by e-mail at privatetp@gmail.com

    Less than 21 days no deposit refund.

    8 days prior the tour, you must pay the remaining balance.

    When we have to buy entrance tickets in advance and pay for it (Eiffel Tower, Versailles, Opera, Louvre, Moulin Rouge, etc) in case of cancellation, we will keep the amount paid for these tickets. Conditions will be similar for strike reason in the listed places.

    In case you prepaid the total amount of the tour the cancellation policy is :

    • Less than a month, 60% refund.
    • 8 days prior the tour, no refund.

    When we have to buy entrance tickets in advance and pay for it (Eiffel Tower, Versailles, Opera, Louvre, Moulin Rouge, etc) in case of cancellation we will keep the amount paid for these tickets. Conditions will be similar for strike reason in the listed places.

    Any interruption of the tour during its delivery, at the client's wishes, shall not give rise to any refund. 

    Refund

    If a cancellation requires a refund of the amount, total or partial, the refund will be made in a month after the cancellation notice.

    Lastminute cancellations

    When we have to buy entrance tickets in advance and pay for it (Eiffel Tower, Versailles, Opera, Louvre, Moulin Rouge, etc) in case of cancellation we will keep the amount paid for these tickets. Conditions will be similar for strike reason in the listed places.

    Lastminute bookings

    For a booking made less than 7 days prior to the tour, we charge the full amount.

    No refund in case of cancellation.

    Meteoroligical conditions

    If the tour or a part of this tour can not be delivered because of weather conditions, it shall not give rise to any refund.

    Traffic conditions

    Because of traffic conditions, PTP can not be held responsible if  :

    • the tour has to be shortened
    • the clients miss a train, a flight, etc
    • all the sites mentioned in one tour can't be seen or visited

    Photos

    Every effort is made to provide photos that give the client an overview of the Services offered. These photos are intended to indicate  the type or the level of comfort and sites  and cannot be a source of commitment beyond that purpose.

    Luggage and Personal Items

    Private Tours Paris and its partners cannot be held responsible for the loss or the theft of personal belongings and luggage and cannot guarantee the return of personal belongings and luggage left in the vehicles or anywhere else. 

    Required Documents

    It is the responsibility of the client to check that he is in possession of the necessary documents for his stay, especially with regards to the tours outside France such as Bruges... that the  passport has a visa if necessary or an updated identity card.

    No refunds shall be given in case of lack or loss of the necessary documents

    Pick-up and drop-off

    Extra charge for a pick up and/or a drop off outside Paris.

    Law

    These General Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute concerning their interpretation and/or execution is referred to the Court of Versailles.
