We had a tour with Pierre on Tuesday the 26th of May. We wanted to be sure to let you know that we had an excellent day. Pierre was very knowledgable and concerned that we see what we came to France to see.
He took us places we never would have found on our own or with any other kind of tour. He also gave us advice about visiting the Normandy sights later in our trip. He is very passionate about what he does and was a terrific guide and if we had the opportunity we would certainly want to travel with him as our guide again.

“Excellent Tour company in Paris”
When visiting Paris last August, we used a company called Private Tours Paris (www.private-tours-paris.com) for a day trip to Normandy D-day beaches and to tour Chateaux Versailles. We had two different guides, Pierre for the Normandy trip, and Claude for the Versailles tour.
Both guides were excellent, although Pierre was hands down our favorite both for his encyclopedic knowledge of the Overlord operation, and for his upbeat spirits and enormous enthusiasm for history. I was amazed at Pierre’s ability to hold attention of both adults and teenagers alike. His story of the Allied Forces landing operation came alive with lots of details about rank and file people who sacrificed their lives to ensure victory over nazism. Pierre made our trip very memorable. Thank you very much, Pierre! We’ll be back and hope to have you again as our tour guide. We enjoyed your tour immensely.
I would highly recommend Private tours Paris for anybody who would like to make the most of their trip to Paris and France. The company offers both Paris tours and day trips to many famous regions of France.
On the whole, Private Tours Paris is an excellent company. The staff members I talked to on the phone, were very cordial, courteous and helpful. We also used this company for transfers from airport and to train station. These offers are priced very reasonably and are very good value, especially if it’s for a group of 3-4 people and more. Comfortable minivans, air conditioned, excellent drivers and guides who know the city very well and jumb to help visitors with heavy luggage. They were always on time and easy to stay in touch with. They also know all the ins and outs of busy touristy places and take you to the least crowded entrances at the least crowded times which saves a lot of time and energy to the visitors. In my preparation for the trip I was helped by Angelo Ruggeri. He is a highly trained professional in charge of an excellent group of guides and drivers. Great job,Angelo, and thank you very much for your great services. We’ll be back!

We returned from our trip to Europe on the 18th July. We enjoyed our time in Paris so much and I have been wanting to email you to thank you since we arrived back.
My very good friend and her husband and daughter will now be going to Paris too. I have told her all the good places to see and go and of course I have given her your details so that she can contact you.
She really wants to go to Versailles and Giverny. I told her about our wonderful day there and our FANTASTIC guide Claudia. They will only be in Paris for 3 days and as Versailles Giverny is a day trip I explained that she should really want to go there.
My husband , Denis and my daughters Emily and Claudia really loved our trip to Versailles and Monets Garden. Claudia was a fantastic guide and we really enjoyed her company. You may remember us as my mother and her friend Jean accompanied us on the day too. They very much enjoyed the day and loved Claudia as well. As for the 2 tour days: Guides were very knowledgeable and we enjoyed their humour and had a delightful walking tour. Angelo was absolutely fabulous.
Both are professional, speak clearly and can provide good depth and texture and answer all questions. But between the 2 Angelo is clearly more able to sustain an aggressive pace and keep fascinating information flowing at every moment for an extended period of time. He worked very hard with both driving and speaking from 10-6:30 and was as fresh at the end as when he began.
All in all we enjoyed both days and would recommend Angelo.

Thank you so much for giving us such a marvellous time in Paris. Thanks also for telling us all the history and interesting facts that we would never have learned about, had it not been for your attention to detail and ability to make the day extremely interesting, especially for Sam and Morgan.
On our last day in Rome, after going to Pisa, Florence, Lucca, Sienna and numerous other beautiful towns in Tuscany, I asked the boys to tell us what they enjoyed the best on our European trip.
They agreed that the best three things were:
Madame Tussaud's in London.
The day in Paris with you.
Seeing the statue of David in Florence.
Well, to be beaten by Madame Tussaud is to be expected when kids are asked, but to score better than the original David in Florence must make you feel very good!! Should you need to give a reference to anyone please give them our email address and we can tell them what a great time we had.
